Being a single woman of ' a certain age' I was dissatisfied with the treatment I received, when making enquiries about cars, from younger men who appeared to be arrogant and condescending towards me. Eventually I was lucky enough to meet Norman who treated me with curtsey and respect when I wanted to buy a car. When he started his own business I bought my next car from him knowing that, I would receive the best deal that he could provide. I have my car serviced through his company; he comes to my workplace, picks up my car and I have the peace of mind and knowledge that my car will be properly serviced and returned to me before I am due to go home. When visiting the premises I am greeted by Helen who is always friendly and offers the 'much needed' coffee while discussions take place.
