Our History
Auto-Options Limited was formed in February 2003 and we are not just about vehicle sales, we arrange your servicing, general repairs MOT's etc. As well as offering free local collection and delivery. Our approach is Total Vehicle Management to add value to our service to our clients.

We pride ourselves on the close relationship we have developed over many years dealing with our clients. Retaining several hundred loyal client's that Norman has had the pleasure of supplying their motoring needs for many years whilst working in the main dealer network. Norman Rossiter, Managing Director
Prior to setting up Auto-Options Norman was employed at senior management or director level at 4 different main dealers for over 40 years. Norman has seen all the good and the bad that the industry has to offer from the inside out. He became increasingly disillusioned with the customer service in the motor trade and he decided to do something about it, by forming his own company and supply his clients with only the very best service and advice. Norman would describe himself as very friendly with a great sense of humour.

Dave McCann, Director
I have purchased cars from Norman Rossiter for over twenty years and known Helen for last ten years. So, when the opportunity arose to buy into a car hire business, I could not think of anyone better to partner myself with. Norman has a wealth of experience in the motor industry. To that end, I know we could make ideal partners. I have always believed for a business to be successful, it is most important to deliver a very high standard of customer service, satisfaction, quality and reliability to our customers. This is what I believe in as I know that Norman and Helen have achieved that over the last seven years with the vehicle sales and management arm of Auto-Options Limited.

Helen is a native of Connecticut USA, with a B.Sc in Economics and Business in such varied roles as sales and training to managing director of her own company. For the last 8 years she has brought her numerous skills and wealth of experience to the every day running of Auto-Options and relishes nothing more than helping to solve customers problems and needs. Helen's focus is to deliver amazing service with great passion and a real commitment to quality.
